Galiba Seasoning Blend

Galiba is a subtle, aromatic southern Mediterranean fusion blend, unlike any product on market shelves today.

Galiba blends the flavors of white wine, roasted sweet bell peppers, lime, basil, and several garlics for that special complicated flavor that works so well with any kind of white fish, salmon, or shellfish. Galiba is also an excellent marinade for steak, pork, and poultry. Mix Galiba with olive or canola oil and marinate the meat for ten minutes before cooking; the flavor permeates quickly. For pasta dishes, add a little olive oil and sprinkle with Galiba. Use it with vinegar and oil as a salad dressing, or to add zest to vegetables and soup.
